VOTER FRAUD, VOTER ID, AND CENSUS FRAUD
Voter Fraud, Voter ID, and Census Fraud are an Existential Threat to the Republic In 2020, Texas and 18 other states sued the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania for not following Constitutional law in their elections. The Supreme Court didn’t take the case. The courts dismissed the case, claiming there was no standing while not examining the merits of the case. Many saw this as a cowardly dodge on behalf of the Supreme
ARE JUDGES ELECTED?
The simple answer is “most are not.” Most are appointed after their predecessor steps down mid-term. There is a simple reason this occurs so often. Judges know appointments have political value and can trade that value for something. When a Governor can appoint a replacement if a judge steps down before the end of the term, then the Governor has an opportunity to install a partisan judge. The Governor (or whatever person/group) who can make
THE “MUSICAL CHAIRS” OF INFLATION
If you were taking an economics class and had a test question asking, “What happens when a business’s cost of goods goes up?” The correct answer on a test written by a professor would be that the cost gets passed to the customer. In theory, that is correct, but any small business owner will tell a very different story. Inflation comes in waves, with a lag effect. Every node in a supply chain hesitates to
THE DISAPPEARING DOLLAR
How many times is a dollar taxed? A dollar is just a piece of paper; its only value is an agreement. It is a medium we use to trade value. A dollar represents a certain amount of value. If you produce a product, it is worth what people are willing to pay. You sell your product for a certain amount of dollars. For example, if you go out into the woods, chop down a tree,
REGULATED ECONOMIES
“Any law that makes it legal for the government to do what would be a crime for an individual to do should be stricken from the books”. “The real cost of the State is the prosperity we do not see, the jobs that don’t exist, the technologies to which we do not have access, the businesses that do not come into existence, the the bright future that is stolen from us. The State has looted
EXTREMISM AND MODERATES
Picture this situation: You have a group of one hundred people; fifty, say two plus two equals four, and fifty, say two plus two equals five. Five refuse to budge and hold that two plus two equals four, and five hold that two plus two equals five. Ninety people compromise and agree two plus two equals four and a half. This 90% feels that cooperation is a higher value than truth. By compromising and agreeing that
PROTESTING VS TERRORIZING
Our First Amendment protects our right to speech, religion, the press, freedom of peaceful assembly, and the right to petition our government for a redress of grievances. The right to protest is rare in the world, and Americans are proud of this right of the people. It is a symbol and reminder that the government works for the people. The right to assemble and petition to redress grievances means we can gather in crowds to
WHY NATIONS AND BORDERS EXIST
There is a simple reason why nations and borders exist: people are different and associate with others like them while avoiding those who are different. It is simply human nature. Around the world, different cultures exist, yet can’t coexist in the same geographic area unless all are willing to respect the differences of others and the same system of law. When moral fundamentals differ, people disagree on what rules should be in place. Unfortunately, there
THE POACHERS OF FREEDOM
The debt we owe for being born into a prosperous and free country is to preserve that environment for those yet to come. Freedom must always be protected and preserved, just as any natural resource requires preservation and protection. One generation that selfishly consumes more of a resource than can be replenished denies future generations of that resource. At times, entire generations may prohibit using a resource to allow that resource to replenish so future
THE THIN BLUE LINE AND THE CONSTITUTION
The one tool tyrants need to attain power is a police force that mindlessly follows dictates (mandates) without regard to the Constitution. The Constitution means nothing if law enforcement ignores or violates it. No provision in the Constitution suspends any aspect of it in the event of an “emergency.” All a tyrant has to do to end a Constitutional republic is declare an emergency, suspend the Constitution, and never return to it. For a civil
PARDON ME, MR. BIDEN
Donald Trump has become the first former President in American history to be charged with federal crimes. The charges revolve around the possession of classified documents. People are in an uproar over this being a third-world-style political persecution of the incumbent’s opposition leader. The left claims that this isn’t politically motivated, yet the DOJ has been paying no heed to credible accusations of corruption relating to not only Democrats but the President himself. Biden claims
THE FOSSIL FUEL AGE
Even today, we are discovering aboriginal tribes in regions of South America, which we refer to as ‘Stone Age civilizations”. They are at the level of technological advancement where stone is their most advanced building material. Whether used for construction, cooking, hunting, or war, stone is the strongest material available to them. In global history, we refer to the “Stone Age” as the period when stone was the strongest material available among all civilizations. The
SUPREME COURT QUALIFICATION
Certain objective safeguards must be established to ensure that Supreme Court nominees have fidelity to the Constitution. With our current system, a politically motivated activist can be added by a President who has no regard for the Constitution. Before being appointed, a Supreme Court nominee should have a record that proves fidelity to the Constitution. If a judge has a record of decisions overturned by appellate courts, they should be disqualified from service on the
SUPREMACY OF SHERIFFS
A critical difference between a society with representative government and an oppressive society is free people have a path to recourse over laws they disagree with. Oppressed people do not. In a free and democratic society, the people can directly and immediately affect the imposition of unfair laws. Being able to select the person in charge of law enforcement locally keeps people in a position of immediate and direct recourse over policies enforced or forced
DECENTRALIZATION OF D.C.
When people meet for lunch in DC, there is a common practice of exchanging business cards. The difference between exchanging business cards in DC versus anywhere else in the country is that people commonly have three different business cards in DC. “Here is my card for my elected office, here is my consulting card, and this is the card for the non-profit I run.” The unspoken part is as follows: “This is where you can’t
CRIMES AGAINST THE REPUBLIC
Right up there with treason, rebellion, and insurrection are crimes that undermine the legitimate function of our constitutional republic. These crimes should come with mandatory prison terms. Conspiracy to commit any of these crimes should come with severe sentences due to the existential threat they pose to the republic. Conspiracy to commit a crime against the republic elevates the crime to rebellion, insurrection, or treason. Such crimes affect every citizen of this nation. Crimes against the
PROMISE OF HONOR AND CONSEQUENCE
When running for a public office, the constituents should be able to hold candidates to promises of “Honor and Consequence.” When a candidate stands and says, “I’m going to vote no on any bill which would raise the debt limit,” or “We need to close up for two weeks to stop the spread of this virus.” The supporters should be able to ask, “Are you willing to make a promise of Honor and Consequence on
SUNSETS ON ALL LEGISLATION
Our lives, our liberty, and our property are never in greater danger than when Congress is in session. -Mark Twain Every time Congress is in session, they create more laws. The very nature of this means every year, we have more regulations. Each additional law establishes a need for more administration and enforcement. Every year, the government grows, as does the
SELF DEFENSE REFORM
The right to defend yourself is negated when doing so results in you being prosecuted. When people are afraid to protect their selves, assailants are emboldened. Law enforcement officers are trained to understand the “continuum of force.” The doctrine is that they should always resort to the minimum force required by the situation. If someone begins to assault an officer, they can’t simply pull out their gun and shoot the person. They must always use
DEFICIT REFORM
For as long as politicians have walked the earth, they have been enriching themselves as peddlers of pull. When people hold the purse strings of a nation’s bank account, they can empower or enrich others. Throughout history, politicians worldwide have made deals whereby a percentage of the money they give out finds its way back into the personal bank account of the politician. It’s incredible how our politicians’ net worths grow exponentially once in office.
URBAN / RURAL REPRESENTATION
This nation was founded as a Constitutional republic with democratic elections. It is not a pure democracy because pure democracy is tribalistic. The American Constitution was designed to produce a country that is not tribalistic. The founders set out to create a legal system whereby all citizens have equal representation under the law. No other government had established such a system, making America the “exception to the rule,” hence the term “American Exceptionalism.” In a
STARTUP CLASS BUSINESSES
America attracted many of the brightest and strongest people from around the world. It did so by offering the opportunity to better their lives through merit and effort. They came to change their future by finding something they could provide society and then bringing it to market. They didn’t need wealth, just an idea, a few nickels, and sweat equity. All these people needed was to scrape together a few nickels to build their first
LEGISLATION CONFIRMATION VOTES
There have been many instances where Congress has enacted policies the public didn’t support. After the next election cycle, many politicians who voted to implement the policy lost their re-election. Unfortunately, the harm has already occurred. Obamacare is a perfect example of this in action. In the mid-terms following the implementation of Obamacare, many legislators were replaced by opponents against Obamacare. The replacement of the legislators came after irreparable harm was done to our healthcare
BASIC PROSECUTION REFORM
Prosecutors and judges hold positions that must be impartial and fair. For party politics to come into play corrupts the system. If a judge treats the defendants of one party differently than another, then our legal system will collapse. Prosecutors must be impartial as well.If a prosecutor of party A lowers or refuses to charge an evidenced crime for a defendant of party A yet throws the book at a defendant of party B, we have
PUBLIC SERVICE SHOULD BE A SACRIFICE
When people serve their country, they make sacrifices. It is the sacrifice that makes their service honorable and honest. Only a person willing to step down to serve has proven their real intention of bettering the country rather than themselves. Public service of all sorts should have this basic tenet. Years ago, people were humbled by having a government job since many viewed this as a sign of a lack of value in the private
WHEN VOTING IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Most Americans know the Boston Tea Party as the first act of rebellion that gained momentum and resulted in the American Revolution. What was it about? Taxation without representation. This was the impetus for the revolution. Many know the phrase today, yet few can tell you what it means. Taxation without representation refers to those paying the taxes having no say in its allocation. The flip side of this is representation without taxation. Those who
POLITICAL CORRECTNES AS NON-CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
Our nation was created as a constitutional republic with democratic elections. It is not a “Democracy” like the Marxist liberals contend. Pure democracy is nothing but mob rule. Such a society will always devolve into tribalism, whereby one group rules over another. The ruling class can act with impunity, while the subjugated class will be punished for any transgression (real or perceived) against a ruling class member. Before the creation of the United States Constitution, all countries
ACCOUNTABILITY REFORM FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
Since freedom requires a government that is afraid of the people, government employees should fear repercussions if they fail in their duty. Any government employee should know they face dishonorable discharge in case of a breach of trust or failure through corruption or incompetence. Should a government employee (whether elected or hired) be dishonorably discharged for incompetence, corruption, or betrayal of the public trust, they should lose all and any retirement accounts and never receive
WHY CALLS FOR GUN CONTROL FALL ON DEAF EARS
There is a simple reason why Democrats have no credibility when calling for gun control. It can be boiled down to a simple truth. When Democrats don’t get what they want (regardless of the law), they call for violence in the streets. The nation saw the Democrat riots of 2020. Before the riots, Democrat leaders “dog whistled” to their base about how they expect “violence in the streets” if Derek Chauvin is acquitted of murder
A SIMPLE CASE AGAINST MAIL-IN BALLOTS
There is a simple case against mail-in ballots. It can be boiled down to two main points, the chain of custody and anonymity. Chain of custody is and always has been a critical issue with ballots. If ballots are unaccounted for, even for a short period, it raises the concern ballot boxes may have been stuffed, or ballots may have been replaced or thrown out. This is especially true if the election takes place slowly.
REGULATION AS AN ANTI-TRUST ISSUE
Life, liberty, and property are the foundation of Western law. Frederic Bastiat wrote extensively about how the law exists because of rights, rights don’t exist because of law. Because rights are violated by immoral actors, we create laws to lay out the recourse due to the victim and punishments for the violator. Our constitution, in its original form, was designed to protect life, liberty, and property but has been perverted to empower government over the
