VOTER FRAUD, VOTER ID, AND CENSUS FRAUD

Voter Fraud, Voter ID, and Census Fraud are an Existential Threat to the Republic

In 2020, Texas and 18 other states sued the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Pennsylvania for not following Constitutional law in their elections. The Supreme Court didn’t take the case. The courts dismissed the case, claiming there was no standing while not examining the merits of the case. Many saw this as a cowardly dodge on behalf of the Supreme Court, claiming “no standing” when there’s a breach of the contract that makes us a nation.

Our Constitution makes it clear what obligations states have when conducting elections. Our Constitution is an agreement among the states to unify as a country, and that contract was breached by states changing their voting systems unconstitutionally. Our nation would only have formed with rules regarding election integrity and the Electoral College. All states demanded a condition where they were adequately represented. Whether the Supreme Court takes the case or not doesn’t change the fact that the agreement that binds us was violated. Without that agreement being honored, the union will fail. When nearly half of the states sue over a breach of the contract that binds us, the continuation of the union is at stake. This issue must be reconciled, or we will not continue as a nation.

The Electoral College exists because smaller states would never have agreed to a simple popular vote since they would have no representation. The Census was added to the Constitution so that populations of states would periodically be monitored to see if there should be a change in each state’s representation.

When a state misrepresents its Census count, it gives its state greater representation than what is rightfully deserved, thereby denying other states their rightful representation. Census Fraud is a crime against the republic and an existential threat to the republic.

The most accurate way to keep proper Electoral College representation is to only count legal voters in the state. Minors and non-citizens (legally here or not) should never be counted. Unfortunately, the census counters simply ask how many people live in a residence. These counters don’t confirm status as an adult or even citizenship status. The dynamic of counting any people without confirmation allows cities and states to illegally increase their representation at the cost of states that follow the law. For this reason, Blue States have been gaining representation in the House and Senate while the law-abiding Red States keep losing representation.

In today’s America, the “Sanctuary States” allow illegal immigrants into their state and count them in the Census, a crime against the republic. They give driver’s licenses to illegals and allow them to vote, again a crime against the republic. These states count people without confirmation that the people being counted even exist, again, another crime against the republic. The only way to correct this is to have a registered voter ID and proof of citizenship to obtain a voter ID card. Some claim that ID disenfranchises some people, yet the government is requiring enhanced ID for many services, and this ID requires proof of citizenship.

The most damaging type of disenfranchisement is when it affects an entire state or multiple states. Voter Fraud, lack of Voter ID, and Census Fraud threaten to unravel the threads that make us a nation.

States should have the right to sue other states for not conducting proper elections since cheating diminishes the representation of other states. Suits brought between states must have the merits of the case examined by the Supreme Court.

States caught committing census fraud or election fraud should be temporarily penalized in the Electoral College for the next two upcoming elections(one presidential and one mid-term). The amount of the penalty shall equal the gain resulting from the fraud. Residents of a state that gets penalized will seek justice for those who cost them the penalty.

An amendment requiring voter ID, same-day elections, and paper ballots should also amend the Census only to count those with a registered voter ID with their primary residence in the state. This method saves time and resources while eliminating many methods of voter fraud and census fraud, thereby securing the state’s proper representation on the national level.

Finally, the Sheriffs should oversee the election process since the people elect them. In many states, unelected partisan officials, i.e., the Secretary of State, oversee elections, leading to partisan politics and reducing confidence in elections. Elections should be at arm’s length from those being elected.

We can only choose between elected officials running elections or non-elected officials running elections. Since unelected officials running elections lead to partisan dynamics, having elected officials to run elections is the better option. Sheriffs should oversee elections except for their elections. For this reason, elections about law enforcement should be separate from all others and be overseen by bi-partisan community groups within each county. Sheriffs and Judges should be elected before general elections. The elected Sheriff shall have their deputies run the local elections with bi-partisan observers watching (and recording) the entire process. Individuals who break laws while administering elections shall be arrested on the spot. Fear of arrest is an excellent deterrent for would-be fraudsters.

In summary, we need several amendments to secure the integrity of each state’s representation.

A. Only Legal Voting-age Citizens Counted on Census
B. Voter ID
C. Same-day Elections and Reporting
D. Paper Ballots
E. Sheriffs Oversee and Run Elections
F. States Penalized for Fraud
G. A state suing another over voting shall have the merits reviewed by the Supreme Court
